IEICE Technical Seminar : How to Write High Quality Papers

       The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) Engineering Sciences Society has been organizing the International English Seminars entitled as "How to write quality papers," to promote more submission from East Asia countries to the IEICE Transactions. IEICE is one of the largest and leading engineering institutes in Japan. We would like to hold this seminar with ISMAC 2015 , and to invite you to attend this event. This seminar is also supported by Phranakhon Si Ayutthaya Rajabhat University. The Admission is FREE, but seats are limited. All researchers, technical engineers, graduate students, and professors are welcome!
